You have a strong background in HR systems and technology, with experience in managing HRIS platforms like HiBob. Your analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities allow you to address challenges systematically and efficiently. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with HR teams and stakeholders. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and improve employee experiences.
What you'll do
As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will create and maintain the People Systems roadmap, capturing current and planned initiatives across all HR functions. You will partner closely with the HR team to understand their challenges and develop scalable solutions. Your role will involve end-user support for HRIS and contributing to the ongoing development of the HR technology landscape. You will play a critical role in ensuring that HR systems are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
