What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at OpenGov, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture to deployment. You will lead the development of APIs and microservices that support over 100,000 daily users across various customer communities. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to ensure that the solutions you build meet user needs and drive maximum ROI.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector organizations, helping them to adapt to change and strengthen public trust.
