What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at OpenGov, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from design to deployment. You will lead the development of new features and improvements, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of over 100k daily users across various customer communities. Your role will involve architecting and designing APIs and microservices that are robust and scalable, allowing for seamless integration with our Public Service Platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise in modern computing frameworks will be crucial as you drive the implementation of best practices in software development. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
