You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the digital advertising space, and possess a deep understanding of programmatic advertising trends. Your experience allows you to effectively manage publisher accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and relationship building. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at navigating the complexities of digital media markets.
You are a creative thinker who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in partnership with business development. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders enables you to influence revenue across various integration types, including header bidding and server-to-server connections. You are passionate about the digital advertising landscape and are always looking for innovative ways to enhance publisher value.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at OpenX, you will take ownership of a book of publisher accounts, working closely with the Business Development team to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will leverage your expertise in programmatic advertising to identify upsell opportunities and drive growth across direct integrations and the OpenX PMP product suite. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts at publisher organizations, ensuring they receive optimal value from our technologies and services.
You will be responsible for analyzing account performance and providing insights to publishers, helping them navigate the rapidly changing digital advertising landscape. Your ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts will be crucial in influencing revenue across various ad formats, including display, video, app, and CTV. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our offerings align with publisher needs and market trends.
