Who you are
You have a proven track record of leading product design teams, with at least 7 years of experience in UX and product design. Your expertise lies in transforming complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces, and you have a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that user experience is at the forefront of product development. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate design concepts and advocate for user needs effectively. You are passionate about creating delightful user experiences and have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making decisions that impact the overall product strategy.
Desirable
Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks. You may have worked with data-driven design approaches and have a keen interest in leveraging analytics to inform design decisions. A background in leading design teams through significant product transformations would be highly beneficial.
