What you'll do

As a Member Loyalty Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with their inquiries and providing exceptional service. You will engage with members both in-store and within the community, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Your role will involve listening to member needs, addressing concerns, and promoting Oportun's financial services to help them achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with your team to foster a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
