What you'll do

As a Member Loyalty Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with their inquiries and providing information about our services. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that members feel comfortable and supported throughout their interactions with Oportun. Your role will involve actively listening to members' concerns and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
