Who you are
You are an entry-level IT professional eager to support a global user base of over 1,000 employees. You have a foundational understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices, and you are ready to act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Your strong focus on service quality and customer experience sets you apart as a candidate who values user satisfaction.
You are familiar with Microsoft 365 services and have experience with ticketing systems like Jira. You understand the importance of logging, categorizing, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving incidents efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively with users and provide hands-on support across end-user systems is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of a centralized Global Service Desk, providing L1/L2 IT support to users worldwide. You will handle incidents and service requests, ensuring that all issues are logged and tracked in Jira Service Management. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with identity and access management, and providing support for Microsoft 365 services.
You will work closely with IT leaders and gain exposure to the technical operations of a large organization dedicated to cybersecurity. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall user experience. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your technical skills and knowledge.
