You are proficient in administering collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom. Your technical guidance helps departments maximize the effectiveness of these tools, ensuring a smooth user experience across the organization.

You possess troubleshooting skills that enable you to monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring system reliability. Your experience in developing automation scripts reduces manual work and enhances operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, identifying their needs and challenges to improve user experience. You will manage application configuration and promote best practices for Enterprise Technology applications.

You will take ownership of core collaboration tools, maintaining and expanding platforms to support seamless operations across various teams. Your role will involve providing technical guidance to departments on using and managing enterprise applications effectively.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues reported by users, ensuring that systems remain reliable and efficient. Additionally, you will evaluate new external tools, conducting due diligence to determine their suitability for the organization.

What we offer
