What you'll do
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Optiver, you will serve as the go-to operational partner for the recruitment and hiring teams. You will manage full-cycle, high-volume coordination, which includes scheduling interviews, processing assessments, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Your role will involve hosting interviews and candidate visits, ensuring that every interaction reflects Optiver's commitment to excellence.
You will take ownership of the accuracy and flow of candidate data within our ATS, acting as the expert in optimizing processes and ensuring pipeline cleanliness. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence and continuously improving the recruitment process. You will work closely with candidates throughout their interview process, ensuring they receive a top-notch experience from start to finish.
What we offer
Optiver offers a competitive salary range of $88,000—$102,000 USD, along with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
