What you'll do
As a Quantitative Researcher at Optiver, you will play a pivotal role in developing, improving, and executing fully automated trading strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research to identify alpha signals and features that enhance predictions and improve trading algorithms. You will collaborate with a diverse team of researchers and traders to review findings, solve complex problems, and refine existing strategies, ensuring that your contributions lead to tangible improvements in trading performance.
You will also optimize research workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging your programming skills to automate processes where possible.
