What you'll do
As a Quantitative Researcher at Optiver, you will play a key role in developing, improving, and executing fully automated trading strategies — your work will directly impact the research and execution pipeline. You will conduct extensive alpha, signal, and feature research, developing models that enhance predictions and improve trading algorithms. Collaborating with your team, you will review research findings and refine trading strategies to ensure optimal performance in the market.
You will also contribute to strategic discussions, helping to shape the future direction of the business — your insights will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of the financial markets.
