Who you are
You have 5-10 years of relevant work experience, ideally at a leading tech firm, financial institution, top-tier consulting firm, or private equity firm. Your exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills enable you to think strategically while paying attention to detail. You possess excellent project management skills and strong stakeholder management abilities, allowing you to drive complex initiatives effectively. With a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility, you approach challenges with a hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude to achieve results. You are capable of quickly grasping new topics and making them your own, which is essential in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and deliver high-impact strategy projects that address some of Optiverβs most important and ambiguous business challenges. You will partner closely with the Executive Committee and senior business leaders as a trusted thought partner, providing clear, concrete insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include driving complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment, momentum, and tangible outcomes across the firm. You will be expected to perform data-driven analyses to support your recommendations and strategies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
