You are an entry-level professional with a strong understanding of data mining workflows and program rules. You have experience in providing subject matter expertise and are eager to contribute to the Payment Integrity team at Oscar. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying issues that require action, providing steps needed to remediate these issues. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with both internal teams and external vendors.
You possess a foundational knowledge of SQL and are keen to develop your skills further in data analysis and integrity. You are passionate about improving processes and workflows that impact payment integrity and are excited to be part of a company that prioritizes serving its members effectively. You understand the importance of data in making informed decisions and are ready to take on challenges in this area.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure that payment integrity data mining programs are running smoothly and effectively. You will be a key stakeholder in facilitating vendor and internal payment integrity programs, providing thought leadership for processes that enhance data mining solutions. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Payment Integrity, and collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve payment integrity solution issues. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data mining workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the payment integrity process.
You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices and innovative approaches to data mining. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data mining technologies, ensuring that Oscar remains at the forefront of payment integrity solutions. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in data analysis and contribute to meaningful projects that impact the company's mission.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $87,188 - $114,434 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in the company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. You will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the Tempe office and flexibility for remote work on other days.
