Who you are
You have a strong background in treasury operations and cash management, with a proven track record of optimizing liquidity in a capital-intensive environment. Your experience allows you to effectively manage daily cash activities and ensure operational efficiencies in banking and treasury systems. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to recommend and monitor minimum cash balances required for effective liquidity management.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Director and Assistant Treasurer. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively makes you a valuable partner to the Treasury organization. You understand the importance of cash management strategies and are committed to driving their execution to support the company's financial health.
What you'll do
As the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing Oscar Health's treasury operations, focusing on daily liquidity and cash management activities. You will optimize cash usage across subsidiaries, ensuring that the organization maintains adequate liquidity to meet its operational needs. Your role will involve analyzing cash flow patterns and making recommendations to improve cash management processes.
You will collaborate with various teams to implement treasury strategies that align with the company's financial goals. This includes monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies within the treasury function, contributing to the overall financial strategy of Oscar Health.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $108,000 - $141,750 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to participate in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and be eligible for annual performance bonuses. The role is based in New York City, requiring a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office each week, fostering a collaborative team environment while allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance.
