What you'll do

As the Treasury Manager at Oscar, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, ensuring that cash management activities are executed efficiently on a daily basis. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Assistant Treasurer, to implement cash management strategies that optimize cash usage across various subsidiaries. Your role will involve monitoring liquidity levels and making recommendations to maintain minimum cash balances necessary for operational needs.

You will also guide the Treasury organization in executing cash management strategies, ensuring that all activities align with Oscar's overall financial objectives. Your insights will be critical in driving operational efficiencies and enhancing the effectiveness of banking and treasury systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that treasury operations support the company's strategic initiatives and financial health.
