What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Chart Review, you will lead Oscar's internal pre-payment chart review program, setting performance standards and holding your team accountable for achieving them. You will develop strategic plans that align with the company's goals and drive improvements in claims processing.
You will provide leadership and structure to the team, ensuring that operational frameworks are effectively utilized to enhance service delivery. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of these frameworks and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Payment Integrity, contributing to the overall claims improvement strategy. Your insights and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the Payment Integrity team and ensuring that we meet our operational objectives.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $111,034 - $145,733 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in our unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. You will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the Tempe office and flexibility for the other two days.
