What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Payment Integrity, you will lead Oscar's internal pre-payment chart review program, ensuring that the team meets performance standards and achieves strategic outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Payment Integrity to develop and implement initiatives that improve claims processing and operational effectiveness. Your role will involve guiding the team in utilizing best practices and operational ideologies to drive a service-focused operation. You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of current processes and making recommendations for improvements that align with Oscar's mission of providing exceptional health insurance services.
