What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Payment Integrity, you will lead Oscar's internal pre-payment chart review program, ensuring that the team meets performance standards and achieves strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Payment Integrity to design and implement operational strategies that improve claims processing and enhance overall service quality. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed in their roles.

You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of operational frameworks and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance. This includes analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices across the team. You will also play a critical role in fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, where members feel empowered to contribute to the organization's success.

What we offer
