Your ability to organize, scope, and execute solutions is complemented by a deep understanding of claim infrastructure and workflows. You thrive in cross-functional settings, translating stakeholder friction into actionable opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
What you'll do
As a Senior Analyst on the Payment Integrity team, you will be responsible for supporting process improvements and resolving issues within Oscar's claims environment. You will leverage your expertise to investigate and execute solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify friction points and develop strategies for improvement. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Payment Integrity, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
