What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, scoping, preparing, investigating, and executing solutions related to payment integrity. You will leverage your understanding of Oscar's claim infrastructure and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will translate friction points into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency. You will report to the Senior Manager of Payment Integrity and work closely with other team members to implement process improvements. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of service provided to Oscar's members and clients, ensuring a seamless claims experience.
