You have experience in data analysis, particularly in reviewing claims data to identify incorrect payments. Your analytical skills allow you to support quality control processes effectively, ensuring that both internal and external findings are addressed. You are comfortable working with various data analysis tools and can develop accurate, quantitative analyses of issues. You thrive in a collaborative environment, mediating errors with key stakeholders to improve payment integrity.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate findings and recommendations clearly to team members and management. Your attention to detail ensures that you can identify thematic areas of opportunity to reduce incorrect payments. You are adaptable and can work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
What you'll do
As a Data Analyst on the Payment Integrity team, you will analyze and investigate claims data to identify incorrect payments. Your role will involve supporting quality review processes and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners regarding adverse claim outcomes. You will utilize your data analysis skills to develop accurate, quantitative analyses of issues, helping to identify areas for improvement.
You will work closely with your team to identify thematic areas of opportunity to reduce incorrect payments, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will also include mediating errors with key stakeholders and contributing to the overall quality control efforts of the Payment Integrity team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Payment Integrity, participating in team meetings and events as part of your hybrid work schedule.

Oscar offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28.26 to $37.10, along with employee benefits and a monthly vacation accrual rate of 15 days per year.
