What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Technical Accounting, you will lead the technical accounting efforts at Oscar, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and statutory reporting requirements. You will work closely with the Tax Team to provide insights and guidance on accounting matters related to new or complex transactions. Your role will involve developing, enhancing, and maintaining accounting policies that align with the company's operations and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial disclosures are accurate and timely, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and excellence within the accounting team.
