You have a strong background in regulatory operations, with experience in managing compliance tasks and project management. You understand the complexities of federal and state product filing requirements and can effectively communicate with both internal teams and external regulators. Your attention to detail ensures that all filings are accurate and timely, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can support diverse teams.
You are organized and proactive, capable of developing processes for tracking and monitoring filings. You have a knack for maintaining repositories of information and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your ability to navigate regulatory landscapes makes you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
As a Senior Analyst in Regulatory Operations, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and filing of Oscar's commercial insurance products. This includes overseeing the annual Form & Binder Filings for assigned states and regions, serving as an advisor to various teams throughout the process. You will develop and implement processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for filings, and you will interface with external regulators to address any inquiries or issues that arise. Your role will require you to report to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Operations, and you will play a key part in ensuring that Oscar maintains its commitment to compliance and regulatory excellence.
