Oscar is hiring a Workforce Management Specialist to optimize staffing and scheduling for their team. You'll be responsible for maximizing service levels through real-time monitoring and analysis. This role is open to candidates in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas and is fully remote.

Who you are
You have experience in workforce management and understand the intricacies of scheduling and staffing optimization. You are adept at analyzing data to forecast staffing needs and align team members with business requirements. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with leadership and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks while ensuring service level commitments are met. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can adapt to occasional travel for team meetings and events.
Desirable
Experience with scheduling tools and workforce management software is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industries can enhance your application. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and have a knack for redesigning workflows to enhance efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will operationalize scheduling and manage staffing according to business requirements. You will develop and drive schedule efficiency by aligning team members with forecast volumes and arrival patterns. Your responsibilities will include building and adjusting schedules in line with stakeholder needs, conducting real-time monitoring, and performing volume and staffing analyses. You will collaborate with leadership to maximize service levels and staffing targets, ensuring that the team meets its commitments. You will also be responsible for optimizing schedule design and redesigning workflow processes when necessary. Your insights will help shape the staffing strategy and improve overall operational efficiency.

Oscar provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.46 to $28.17, along with employee benefits and a monthly vacation accrual rate of 15 days per year.
