sweetgreen is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to oversee the technical architecture of their workforce management systems. You'll collaborate with various teams to optimize labor management across their restaurant footprint. This role requires extensive experience in systems analysis and integration.

Who you are
You have a strong background in workforce management systems and have spent several years leading technical architecture initiatives. Your experience includes managing integrations between various systems such as HRIS and Payroll, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across platforms. You are adept at system security and data governance, understanding the importance of maintaining data integrity and performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your technical leadership skills enable you to guide teams through complex challenges, ensuring that the workforce management platform meets the needs of over 6,000 team members. You are proactive in identifying optimization opportunities and resolving critical issues, making you a key player in the organizationβs growth.
Desirable
Experience with vendor management and maintaining relationships with technology partners is a plus. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and labor optimization strategies will enhance your ability to contribute to sweetgreen's mission. A background in the restaurant or retail industry could provide valuable insights into the unique challenges faced in workforce management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the technical architecture and integration health of the workforce management ecosystem. You will design and maintain system security protocols, ensuring that all data governance practices are adhered to. Your responsibilities will include leading technical incident responses and monitoring platform performance to proactively address any issues. You will collaborate with the People Technology team to ensure that the workforce management platform integrates effectively with HRIS and Payroll systems. Additionally, you will work closely with Operations Services to enhance field execution and labor optimization strategies. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve system performance and reliability.
