You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in optimizing go-to-market strategies. You understand the intricacies of sales, marketing, and customer success, and you can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your ability to build systems and processes from the ground up is complemented by your strategic mindset and excellent communication skills. What you'll do
As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will own and optimize the entire go-to-market engine for Oscilar. This includes managing forecast accuracy, pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue predictability. You will design territory assignments, quota planning, and sales compensation plans that align with the company's objectives. Serving as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, you will translate business needs into operational solutions while managing competing priorities. Your role will also involve building and maintaining a rigorous operating rhythm for revenue teams, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. You will oversee Deal Desk operations, including pricing and packaging workflows, to streamline the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
