You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with experience in designing and executing programs that drive customer engagement and retention. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for analyzing customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Your leadership skills enable you to guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Desirable
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle analytics will help you excel in this role. You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and have a track record of successfully implementing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth.
What you'll do
As the Lead Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer activation, retention, and expansion. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to design programs that help customers realize value from Oyster's offerings. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as creating targeted campaigns that resonate with different customer segments. You will lead initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience throughout their journey with Oyster. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of lifecycle programs and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
