Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in event marketing and logistics management — you've successfully executed multiple events from planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards and marketing goals. Your operational excellence shines through in your ability to coordinate venues, vendors, and budgets seamlessly, making you a key player in any event team.
You thrive in cross-functional environments — collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams is second nature to you, and you understand how to integrate event strategies with broader marketing campaigns. Your attention to detail ensures that every event not only runs smoothly but also reinforces the company's brand and objectives.
You are adaptable and enjoy the dynamic nature of event marketing — local and international travel excites you, and you are ready to manage events across key markets. Your proactive approach means you anticipate challenges and address them before they arise, ensuring a flawless experience for attendees.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics for Paddle's owned and sponsored events, coordinating everything from venue selection to vendor management and onsite support. You will build clear event proposals and documentation to ensure alignment across teams, facilitating smooth delivery of each event.
You will work closely with the Revenue Marketing campaigns team to ensure that events align with broader campaign narratives and promotional plans. This collaboration will involve audience targeting and attendee capture strategies, ensuring that each event contributes to the overall marketing goals.
Your responsibilities will also include post-event follow-up workflows, where you will analyze event success and gather insights to inform future events. You will play a critical role in turning strategic marketing initiatives into engaging live experiences that drive revenue.
What we offer
