You have a proven track record in field marketing, particularly in the UK market, with experience in executing integrated marketing strategies that align with sales objectives. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Content teams to tailor campaigns that resonate with local audiences. You are analytical and comfortable using data to measure impact, build reports, and iterate on strategies based on performance metrics. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams towards achieving regional revenue goals while strengthening brand presence. You understand the importance of localized content and messaging, adapting global campaigns to fit the UK market. You are proactive in identifying target accounts and segments, designing tailored marketing initiatives that support pipeline acceleration.
What you'll do
As the Field Marketing Manager for TripActions, you will execute a region-specific field marketing strategy that aligns with sales targets and company growth objectives. You will plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, including live and virtual events, trade shows, and localized campaigns targeting both prospects and key accounts. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and design tailored marketing strategies that support pipeline acceleration. Collaborating with central marketing teams, you will adapt global campaigns for the UK market, ensuring that content and messaging resonate with local audiences. You will define and implement best-in-class lead-handoff processes and workflows in partnership with local BDR, SDR, and AE teams, ensuring clear attribution from marketing activity to pipeline generation and conversion. Using data and analytics, you will track performance against KPIs, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize marketing investments.
