Who you are
You have a strong background in product analytics and data science, with a proven track record of quantifying product impact through rigorous analysis. Your experience includes designing experiments and uncovering behavioral drivers that inform product decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define success metrics and ensure every feature can be measured effectively. You are comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role, guiding a team while also driving analysis and experimentation.
You have a deep understanding of product intuition and analytical rigor, allowing you to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights. Your experience in establishing experimentation cultures within organizations has equipped you with the skills to build a robust experimentation playbook. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about helping teams build products that deliver measurable impact for users.
Desirable
Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with product management frameworks. You may have worked in a digital-first company before, understanding the nuances of remote work and collaboration across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define success metrics for product features. You will ensure that every feature can be measured effectively, driving the analysis of product performance and guiding teams in their decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments that test hypotheses and uncover insights about user behavior, ultimately informing product development.
You will lead the establishment of a strong experimentation culture at Paddle, helping to create a cadence of reviewing feature performance and iterating on product features based on data-driven insights. Your hands-on leadership will involve managing one Product Scientist, fostering their growth while also contributing to the overall product science strategy at Paddle.
