What you'll do

As a Lead Product Engineer at Reducto, you will define and build the features that power our platform, enabling customers to retrieve and manage their data effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design interactive document editors and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience. You will take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring that the final product meets the high standards you set for quality. You will also play a key role in shaping the culture of excellence within the engineering team, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative environment. Your contributions will directly impact how our customers interact with their data, making it easier for them to leverage insights from unstructured documents. You will be involved in strategic discussions with leadership to align product features with business goals and customer needs.
