Desirable

Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is a plus, as it gives you unique insights into the challenges faced by truck drivers and freight companies. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you validate your design decisions and iterate based on user feedback. You are comfortable presenting your designs and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the design process.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at TruckSmarter, you will own product and design initiatives from end to end. You will collaborate with product managers to define project goals and user needs, ensuring that your designs align with the overall product vision. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and engage users. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, allowing you to iterate and refine your work based on real user feedback. You will also work closely with engineers during the development process to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall design culture at TruckSmarter by sharing your knowledge and best practices with other team members. You will participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to help elevate the quality of work across the team. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and driving the mission of eliminating inefficiencies in freight.
