Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing, particularly within the financial services sector, and have successfully driven partner growth strategies in previous roles. Your experience includes working closely with affiliate partners and understanding the intricacies of performance marketing. You are both a strategist and an operator, capable of structuring new economic models and executing complex integrations that yield measurable results.

You excel in building and strengthening relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring that both parties benefit from the collaboration. Your analytical skills allow you to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring continuous improvement and growth. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and performance of Pagaya's Affiliate product, working closely with leading financial marketplaces like Credit Karma and Experian. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and enhance partner relationships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance data, optimizing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams across Product, Credit Strategy, and Partnerships to ensure alignment and success.

You will lead initiatives that enhance the user experience and drive engagement, leveraging Pagaya's AI-driven approach to create innovative marketing solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration within the Partnerships organization.
