Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading social impact initiatives, with experience in nonprofit partnerships and community engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and evolve multi-year social impact strategies that align with company priorities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to represent PagerDuty.org with credibility and influence across the organization.
You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to drive measurable outcomes. Your experience in philanthropy and nonprofit market development equips you to effectively manage Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) stewardship and employee engagement programs. You understand the importance of building resilient communities and are passionate about making a positive impact.
What you'll do
As the Director of Global Social Impact, you will lead the execution of PagerDuty.org's global impact strategy, focusing on strategic philanthropy and nonprofit partnerships. You will be responsible for annual planning, budgeting, and goal setting, ensuring that the initiatives align with PagerDuty's mission. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments to drive impactful programs that benefit communities and enhance PagerDuty's reputation as a socially responsible organization.
You will oversee employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of giving back and encouraging participation in community service. Additionally, you will manage nonprofit customer success, ensuring that partnerships are effective and mutually beneficial.
