You have extensive experience in managing strategic partnerships, particularly within the blockchain or financial technology sectors. Your fluency in decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, including automated market makers (AMMs), decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and liquidity behavior, sets you apart. You excel in setting milestones and accountability rhythms, ensuring that all partners are aligned with ecosystem priorities. Your ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive initiatives across multiple regions is a testament to your leadership skills.
You are a strategic thinker who can evaluate and develop partnerships that enhance the ecosystem's growth. Your background in managing independent ecosystem partners has equipped you with the skills to deliver impactful programs and developer initiatives. You understand the nuances of working with diverse stakeholders and can effectively communicate goals and expectations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the management of a portfolio of independent ecosystem partners, setting clear milestones and impact goals. You will review progress regularly, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with ecosystem priorities. Your hands-on approach will be essential in guiding the DeFi strategy through dedicated external partners, fostering collaboration and innovation.
You will be responsible for evaluating DeFi teams and managing partnerships that support the ecosystem's growth. This includes a strong understanding of AMMs, DEXs, stablecoins, and liquidity incentives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure that all initiatives align with Ripple's broader goals.
