What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will establish and lead the Product Marketing Operations and Competitive Intelligence function at PagerDuty. You will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing programs that enhance go-to-market readiness. This includes creating a comprehensive product launch framework and maintaining a launch calendar that aligns with product development timelines. You will organize and execute critical product launches, ensuring that all marketing work streams are aligned and ready for successful execution. Additionally, you will manage a team dedicated to building and running a competitive intelligence program that provides valuable insights to inform strategic decisions. You will report on progress across all initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability within your team and to senior leadership.
