PandaDoc is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the product marketing function and develop a high-performing team. You'll drive go-to-market strategies and engage with customers to enhance product adoption. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in product marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading teams and driving successful go-to-market strategies. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs is paramount — you champion their motivations in brand and product development. You thrive in cross-functional environments, seamlessly collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve shared goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to define target markets and business opportunities effectively, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's vision. You possess strong leadership skills, guiding and mentoring your team of Product Marketing Managers to fuel their professional growth and success. You are data-driven, using market insights to shape product narratives and positioning that resonate with target audiences.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment or familiarity with product lifecycle management is a plus. A background in analytics or market research can enhance your ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques will also be beneficial in driving product adoption and engagement.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product Marketing at PandaDoc, you will lead the product marketing function, developing a team of world-class Product Marketing Managers. You will define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product innovations, ensuring that they align with market needs and customer insights. Your role will involve crafting and optimizing messaging and positioning around the market, company, platform, product, and competition. You will engage with current and prospective customers, championing their needs and motivations to guide your team in evangelizing new sales concepts. Collaborating closely with Product leadership, you will shape differentiated product roadmap investments and maintain a deep understanding of current product offerings. You will successfully launch new products to market and author product demos that effectively communicate value to customers. Your strategic business planning will define total addressable market (TAM) and target markets, identifying business opportunities that drive growth.
