What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at PandaDoc, you will design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models that transform unstructured documents into high-quality structured data. You will work across the full stack of model development, from datasets and training to inference and deployment pipelines. Your contributions will directly power PandaDoc's core AI capabilities, enhancing document workflows for tens of thousands of businesses.

You will tackle real-world ML challenges, focusing on model robustness, evaluation, and latency while ensuring observability and quality in AI systems. Your role will involve experimenting with frontier and open-source models, integrating vision-language systems, and building efficient pipelines for inference and fine-tuning.
