You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define requirements and deliver impactful AI features.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end machine learning systems that power PandaDoc's core AI capabilities. You will tackle real-world challenges in document understanding, including layout detection, OCR, and structured data extraction. Your work will directly influence the roadmap for AI features, ensuring they meet the needs of tens of thousands of businesses.

You will experiment with cutting-edge models and integrate vision-language systems to enhance document workflows. Your responsibilities will include optimizing inference pipelines and ensuring the reliability of AI systems in production. You will also contribute to the evaluation and fine-tuning of models, ensuring they perform well under various conditions.
