Who you are

You are a highly-skilled Senior Product Designer with a strong background in creating consumer-grade experiences. You understand the balance between simplicity and depth, ensuring that contract management is effortless for SMBs while also preparing for more sophisticated use cases. You have experience in end-to-end design processes and a hypothesis-based approach that shapes intuitive, AI-native interactions.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI teams, and Data specialists to deliver high-impact outcomes. Your ability to conduct extensive research and data analysis allows you to understand SMB contract management behaviors, pain points, and barriers to adoption, translating insights into actionable design opportunities.

You are proficient in developing and iterating on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate AI-powered features and conversational interfaces. Your experience includes working with product management to develop and test hypotheses around user interactions, ensuring that your designs drive adoption and retention.

Desirable

Experience with AI-native interactions and intelligent automation features is a plus. Familiarity with progressive onboarding and setup-free experiences will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement innovative CLM solutions that focus on AI-native interactions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the solutions you create drive measurable adoption and engagement outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting rapid validation cycles with Customer Advisory Board members to ensure that your designs meet user needs.

You will also be responsible for developing designs that effectively communicate proactive intelligence concepts and conversational interfaces. Your work will involve iterative design processes, where you will continuously refine your prototypes based on user feedback and data analysis.
