Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong foundation in customer success or operations, ideally with experience in a tech environment. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills allow you to explain complex billing and contract terms simply and professionally. You possess an analytical mindset, enabling you to prioritize tasks effectively based on risk and value. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring smooth operational execution of renewals and account processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, acting as a bridge between customers, finance, and sales teams. You are eager to learn and grow within the Customer Success organization, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Desirable

Experience working specifically with WebOps, Hosting, or Developer Tools/Software is a plus. Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) workflows will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Associate, you will own the operational execution of the renewal process, including managing order forms and rate cards. You will support Customer Success Managers by preparing pricing scenarios and assisting in negotiations with customers. Your role will involve analyzing renewal lists to prioritize based on risk and value, ensuring that high-priority accounts receive the attention they need. You will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. Your contributions will help drive revenue retention and expansion, making it easier for customers to do business with Pantheon. You will also be responsible for reporting on renewal metrics and providing insights to improve operational efficiency.
