With experience in managing complex security programs, you thrive in environments that require collaboration across multiple teams, including engineering, product, and compliance. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks ensures that projects align with strategic goals and protect the platform, customers, and data.
You excel at translating technical requirements into actionable tasks, serving as a critical facilitator between security teams and execution teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment across various departments. You are adept at managing competing priorities and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the execution of high-impact security programs, working closely with engineering, product, and security teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that security and compliance requirements are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders. Your role will involve guiding teams to break down complex security requirements into manageable tasks, facilitating collaboration, and driving accountability.
You will also be tasked with monitoring the progress of security initiatives, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that security objectives are met.
