Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in security, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and compliance. Your background includes a deep understanding of security operations, application security, and vulnerability management — you know how to identify, track, triage, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities effectively.

You excel at building strong relationships with various teams, including Application Security, Security Operations, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, and IT. Your collaborative approach ensures that security is integrated into all aspects of the development process, and you thrive in environments that require both technical expertise and program leadership.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about creating a secure digital experience and are committed to continuous improvement in security practices.

Desirable

Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST is a plus. Familiarity with security tools and technologies, as well as a background in software development, will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Webflow, you will lead the Security program, ensuring that security initiatives align with the company's goals. You will drive collaboration across teams to enhance Webflow's security posture and operational maturity. Your role will involve overseeing key projects related to information security, application security, and compliance, ensuring that vulnerabilities are managed efficiently.

You will work closely with the Application Security and Security Operations teams to identify and address security risks proactively. Your leadership will guide the prioritization of security projects, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining security metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders. You will facilitate security training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security within the organization.
