You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles — you understand the complexities of integration execution and post-launch support. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with partners to ensure successful implementations. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate challenges effectively and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
You are comfortable with solution architecture and have hands-on experience with implementation and debugging — you can translate technical requirements into actionable plans. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, enabling you to build strong relationships with partners and clients.
What you'll do
As a Partner Engineer at Parafin, you will own the integration execution process, ensuring that our solutions are seamlessly implemented for our partners. You will work closely with various teams to support post-launch growth and operational scaling, acting as the technical liaison throughout the partnerships lifecycle. Your role will involve hands-on implementation, where you will apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance our offerings and ensure that our partners receive the best possible support. Your insights will help shape the direction of our integrations, making sure they align with our mission to empower small businesses. You will also be responsible for providing feedback and recommendations based on your interactions with partners, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
What we offer
At Parafin, we provide a competitive salary range of $175k - $210k, along with equity grants.
