You have a strong background in engineering with a focus on blockchain technologies — your experience includes designing and implementing scalable systems that meet the needs of diverse partners. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your passion for Web3 applications drives you to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the blockchain space.
You have experience working with smart contracts and core blockchain technologies — you understand the intricacies of decentralized systems and can navigate complex technical challenges. Your goal-oriented mindset enables you to dive deeply into codebases, identifying and solving problems efficiently. You thrive in environments with minimal bureaucracy, focusing on delivering impactful results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will onboard thousands of ZK Chains with financial institutions and enterprises, playing a crucial part in expanding the adoption of blockchain technology. You will build and maintain the ZK Stack core codebase, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and leading Web3 use cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting independent research in your area of ownership and designing partner-inspired solutions that enhance our core technology.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will also involve documenting your work and sharing insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a Senior Partner Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and helping to shape the future of blockchain technology at Matter Labs.
