Parafin is seeking a Product and Partner Marketing Lead to drive the adoption of their embedded financing products. You'll work closely with partners to launch new features and enhance product visibility. This role requires experience in product marketing and partnership management.

You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in the fintech or small business sector. You understand the nuances of partner ecosystems and have a proven track record of driving product adoption through effective marketing strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to represent Parafin effectively within partner experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working at the intersection of product and marketing. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and strategies. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for launching new partners and features, ensuring that Parafin's products are effectively integrated and promoted within partner platforms. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive product adoption and enhance user engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather insights to refine product offerings and marketing approaches. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform your strategies. Your role will involve creating compelling marketing materials and presentations that resonate with partners and their users. You will work closely with the product team to ensure alignment between product development and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
