Who you are

You have a proven track record in product marketing, particularly within the startup ecosystem — your experience includes developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that resonate with venture-backed companies. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities that startups face, and you are passionate about helping them succeed. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design, allows you to effectively communicate the value of Brex's offerings to potential customers.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your marketing decisions — you can translate complex product features into clear, compelling messaging that highlights customer benefits. Your creativity and strategic thinking enable you to craft narratives that engage and inspire startup founders and decision-makers.

What you'll do

As the Product Marketing Lead for Startups at Brex, you will own the entire story for one of our most dynamic customer segments. You will lead the full go-to-market strategy for our product launches, ensuring that our messaging and positioning align with the needs of venture-backed startups. You will work closely with the Product team to understand new features and enhancements, translating these into customer-centric marketing materials.

You will collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement tools that empower them to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine our marketing strategies and ensure we are meeting the evolving needs of startups.
