What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at parcelLab, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our Post-Purchase Experience platform — your work will directly impact how over 550 brands engage with their customers during the critical phases of pre-checkout, delivery, and returns. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications that can handle high traffic and provide seamless experiences — your expertise in Python and Django will be essential as you work on the backend, while your skills in React will allow you to create dynamic and engaging user interfaces.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes — your insights will help shape best practices and foster a culture of quality within the engineering team. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
