You have a strong background in software development, particularly in Rust, and are familiar with blockchain technologies. Your experience includes designing and implementing protocols that enhance decentralized applications, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with product and engineering teams.
You possess a deep understanding of the Polkadot ecosystem and are passionate about contributing to open-source projects. Your ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward is complemented by your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What you'll do
As a Core Developer, you will design and implement protocols that are foundational to the Polkadot network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the core protocol functionality meets the needs of developers building applications on Polkadot. Your work will directly impact the growth and innovation of the Polkadot ecosystem, allowing you to see the results of your contributions in real-time.
You will also work on tooling and abstractions that enhance the developer experience, making it easier for teams to build and deploy decentralized applications.
